FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I’D LIKE TO PLACE A KIT ORDER FOR MY TEAM



GETTING STARTED…

1. Log on to Shop.lastmanstands.com using your LastManStands.com login details (New Team Organisers/Players can go to www.lastmanstands.com to register and create an account)

2. To add or edit Team Players, go to your Team Organiser Profile in the Header and go to ‘Edit Team Details’. You can add or edit size, player shirt names and numbers here. Please ensure all names are correct as amendments cannot be made once an order is placed.

3. You can also add or edit your Team and/or Team Sponsor Logos here.

4. Go to ‘Browse Products’ to select your category (Match Shirts etc)

5. Once on the Product Page, select the Players you would like to buy shirts etc for. Spare shirts can be added by clicking on ‘Add Spare’.

6. To order ‘long sleeves’ for your shirt, check the ‘Add Long Sleeve’ box on the Product Page and the players who require this. Add to Cart. Go back to the Product Page to order any short sleeve shirts for players. Add these to Cart.


CUSTOMISATION

Our LMS team kit can be customised (free of charge) with Team Logo, Team Sponsor Logo, Player Names, Player Numbers and Team Name.

1. On the Product Page, leave the customisation boxes (Team Logo, Sponsor Logo, Team Name, Shirt Names and Numbers) ticked if you require customisation. If a customisation box is unticked your customisation will not be recorded on the order details.

2. Once all details have been checked, click on ‘Add to Cart’ which then takes you through to the customisation summary page. Please check all the customisation you require is noted here before proceeding to Check Out The customisation shown on the website image when you are placing your order, is purely representative of location of logos, names, numbers etc. which is fixed and standardised.



TEAM LOGOS

• Team Logos are applied to the top left chest of our shirts.

• Team Logos measure 3-3.5inches dimension

• Team Logos must be uploaded to the site when you are placing your order, either via the Edit Team Details or when prompted on the Product Page of the Shop. Our kit system is automated so unfortunately, we are unable to accept emailed logos. Your logos are saved for future orders.

• The Team logo must be a high-resolution image (preferably >1mb) in jpg or png file format only. Low resolution files are uploaded at your risk as we cannot guarantee a superior image result

• The logo you provide will be applied to your kit. We are unable to amend or edit this logo file. So, if you do not wish for any background on your logo, please send the logo in an open file with a transparent background.

• For Copyright reasons we cannot print other registered brand’s logos on your shirt as team logo. Any brand’s logo uploaded to your order will not be applied in production.

• If you want to replace your Team Logo, simply go to ‘Edit Team Details’ on the top Menu bar and click on ‘Change Image’.


TEAM SPONSOR LOGOS


• Team Sponsor Logos are applied to the left sleeve of our shirts. Unfortunately, we cannot relocate this logo to any other area of the shirt.

• Only ONE Team Sponsor Logo can be accommodated.

• Team Sponsor Logos measure 3-3.5inches dimension

• Team Sponsor Logos must be uploaded to the site when you are placing your order, either via the Edit Team Details or when prompted on the Product Page of the Shop. Our kit system is automated so unfortunately, we are unable to accept emailed logos. Your logos are saved for future orders.

• The Team Sponsor logo must be a high-resolution image (preferably >1mb) in jpeg or png file format only. Low resolution files are uploaded at your risk as we cannot guarantee a superior image result.

• The logo you provide will be applied to your kit. We are unable to amend or edit this logo file. So, if you do not wish for any background on your logo, please send the logo in an open file with a transparent background.

SHIRT (PLAYER) NAMES

• Shirt (Player) Names are applied to the Top back of your LMS shirt.

• Shirt (Player) Names are applied in bold capital letters in 8 x 2 inches dimension

• Up to 20 characters (including any spaces)

• Shirt names deemed offensive will not be applied (this is at the discretion of LMS)


PLAYER NUMBERS

• Player Numbers are applied to the centre back of your LMS shirt.

• Player Numbers are applied in bold at 8 inches height

• A maximum of 3 numbers can be applied

• Player numbers can also be applied to caps on the left-hand side of the cap



TEAM NAME

• Team Name is applied to the bottom back of your LMS shirt unless there is no Shirt (Player) Names and then it will be applied to the Top Back of your LMS Shirt

• Your Team Name will be taken from the system so please ensure it is as you require to see it on the back of your shirt.

• A maximum of 3 numbers can be applied

• Team Name is applied in bold, capital letters in 8 x 2 inches dimension



I’D LIKE TO CHANGE COLOURS/DESIGN OF A KIT. CAN I DO THIS?

We have responded to teams’ requests for fully coordinated ranges (shirts, trousers, shorts, training kit, vest etc etc) to make ordering easier. This means that we cannot change design or colours of kit as whole ranges are based around these designs. With around 40 designs in 5-6 colours each, we have aimed to give you heaps of choice.

I’D LIKE TO ORDER FOR A CHILD

No problem. We love to see the children of our players supporting in matching kits. Use Contact Us to advise sizes required using the Size Guide. Prices for a child’s kit is the same as an adult’s.


WILL I RECEIVE APPROVAL ARTWORK FOR MY ORDER?

No. We do not send out artwork approval as standard as we want to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, so we have built our website to streamline the process. The image that is shown when you are placing your order is representative of how your delivered shirt will look.



QUOTES

A tax invoice will be emailed to you with the order confirmation once your quote is converted to an order when you make payment.

You can raise a quote to send to sponsors. Simply choose your shirt, trousers etc and add all the customisation you require. Once you have added to cart, instead of checking out on the final page, you can ‘Create Quote’. Add any sponsor billing and VAT/GST details here for their records. A link will then be emailed to you which you can forward to your sponsor. The sponsor will need your login in detail to be able to access the quote online and make payment to confirm your order.

Our quotes expire after 14 days and Quotes are subject to website price changes. Please check your quote at checkout as LMS reserves the right to increase prices on the website and on any outstanding quotes.


IS THERE DISCOUNT FOR LARGE ORDERS?

We keep the prices of our kit as low as possible because we want to ensure that kit is accessible to all teams. Last Man Stands takes a pride in how great and individual our teams look in our global leagues. This means that we cannot offer discount.


MAKING PAYMENT FOR ORDERS

Shop.lastmanstands.com only accepts payment by credit or debit card. Unfortunately, we are unable to raise manual invoices.


WHY DO I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE AT CHECKOUT WHEN I ENTER CARD DETAILS?

We are a global company. Please check with your bank that your payment card is authorised for use for international website transactions. This usually resolves any card issues at checkout.


WILL YOU KEEP ME INFORMED ABOUT MY ORDER?

Check your confirmation email for estimated time for delivery. The next step in the process is the ‘Despatch’ email we will send you with courier tracking information. If we have any query about your order, don’t worry, we shall email you.


HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER DETAILS?

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order number showing exactly what has been ordered.


CAN I MAKE AN AMENDMENT TO MY ORDER?

We cannot amend your order once it has been placed. We will put your order into production immediately for as quick a delivery to you as possible! We ask you to ensure all your details are correct before your order (please check the details entered on the Product Page and on the Customisation Page you see prior to Checkout) as changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.


I WANT TO PLACE AN ADDITIONAL ITEM (SHIRT/TRS ETC)

Please place any additional orders via the shop.lastmanstands.com website. Please note that owing to the nature of the Sublimation Process, we cannot guarantee that additional kit orders will colour match. There is always a risk that the shades will be different as different print runs produce different colour results. This is a risk most sublimated kit supplier will warn about. We cannot refund or exchange any orders due to differing shades in team kit from different orders.


DELIVERY



A physical delivery address must be given at Shipping Address as the courier delivering your order will require a signature as proof of delivery. We cannot accept a PO Box address as your Shipping Address.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

LMS Kit orders take up to 4 weeks for delivery. We try to deliver as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a sooner delivery date as all our kit orders are customised and made to order. During the peak ordering periods this is especially the case.


HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is free on orders of Team Sets of 8 or more Match Shirts, Match Trousers, Slipovers, jackets. There is a flat delivery charge by country for less than 8 items which will be stated at Checkout.


HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS DESPATCHED?

You will receive a despatch email from us with courier and tracking number. You will be able to progress your delivery using the link in the email to the courier site. Some of our couriers use a mobile text alert to advise delivery (and other delivery options if required) which you may receive prior to the email alert. A correct mobile contact number is required in the shipping details at checkout.


OUR GAMES HAVE STARTED BUT OUR KIT IS NOT YET DUE.

Don’t worry! Ask your team to wear same colour shirts and let your Umpire know that you are awaiting a kit order (they may request an order number). The umpire will award you kit bonus points so you do not lose out before your kit order has arrived.


CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY THAN COUNTRY WEBSITE ORDERED FROM?

No, this is not possible. We only deliver to the country where your team plays (and therefore the country site that you have ordered from)


MISSED THE COURIER?

Most of the couriers we use make two attempts to deliver. Please contact the courier company to arrange collection if you have missed both attempted deliveries. The courier company will only hold onto any undelivered parcels for up to 7 days after which time they return or destroy the parcel. Please ensure you contact the courier company prior to this. LMS cannot be held responsible for any parcels that a customer has failed to collect or arrange delivery for. Please note that if the parcel has been returned to us, additional courier fees will be chargeable. This cost depends on the country. Please contact us for more information.


POST DELIVERY



I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND SOMETHING IS INCORRECT

Please inform us via Contact Us within 7 days of receipt of your order


REFUNDS

As our kit is made to order and customised, we are unable to refund or exchange if you have changed your mind. This does not affect your Statutory Rights if your order received is faulty. Use the Contact Us to inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order.


FRANCHISE OWNERS



CANNOT SEE FRANCHISE OWNER SECTION – check that ‘Franchise Owner’ has been selected from ‘Teams’ drop down box on shop site. Any issues please contact us to check your website permissions

BALLS – Take 7-10 days for delivery. A despatch email will be forwarded to you with tracking details


CRICKET EQUIPMENT



IS THERE A WARRANTY ON CRICKET BATS?

Unless otherwise stated all new cricket bats are covered by a 6 month warranty. This covers all manufacturing and material defects caused by reasonable use (please see our Return & Repair Policy for equipment for more information and guidance).


IS THERE A WARRANTY ON GLOVES, PADS, THIGH PADS, ARM GUARDS, CHEST GUARDS AND BAGS?

All Cricket protective items & bags sold will include a 6 month warranty. The warranty covers a split in the seam, defective stitching or material defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, or heavy use (please see our Return & Repair Policy for equipment for more information and guidance).
